Kocaeli’de etkili olan dolu ve sağanak yağış sebebiyle sürücülere zor anlar yaşadı. Kocaeli’de sağanak yağış ve dolu etkili oldu. Körfez ilçesinde aniden bastıran dolu ve yağmur sebebiyle TEM Otoyolu’nda sürücüler zor anlar yaşadı. Bazı sürücüler ilerlemekte güçlük çekince araçlarını sağa çekerek yağışın dinmesini bekledi. Yoğun yağış sebebiyle su birikintisi de meydana gelirken, trafikte zaman zaman aksamalar yaşandı.
